Hello I want to switch from My Home M flex (WLAN) to My Home L flex (DSL). I also want to retain the TV M package. 

 

What should I have to do, what steps to take first.

There is no o2 product called “WLAN”. o2 does not offer any WLAN product.

As far as I know, a switch from mobile to DSL is not offered directly so in my understanding the way be to order a new DSL connection and cancel the mobile one to a date that the DSL connection is working.

You can also order o2 TV with our DSL products :-)

So,  how could I terminate the mobile connection when the DSL arrives? Can I do it through the O2 app? Do I have to send the mobile router and the SIM card somewhere later? If yes, where? :)

Hello @Primorac,

we do not offer a cancelation process through our mobile app. You can give a prior notice via our online portal in Mein o2 and confirm this by calling the phone number that will be shjown there within 10 days. You also have the possibility to cancel via postal mail.
