Still receiving bill after termination

Hello,

 

I am permanently moved back to India in Dec 2020 and requested to terminate my internet contract in Nov 2020. I also returned the router and got its acknowledgement from O2 team on 6th Jan 2021 but still I am receiving invoice for my DSL connection (auto debit is enabled for O2 in my Commerzbank).

Can anyone please suggest how I can get it fixed so that I’ll not receive any other invoice and amount will not be deducted from my account.

Hello @Akshay_P and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you are moving to anpother country we need some documents that provide the information that is needed to end cpontracts to an earlier date.

You will find all necessary information in our article regarding this question :-)

As far as I can see you were in touch with our DSL department, I assume you questions could be answered? :-)
