Hello,
I am permanently moved back to India in Dec 2020 and requested to terminate my internet contract in Nov 2020. I also returned the router and got its acknowledgement from O2 team on 6th Jan 2021 but still I am receiving invoice for my DSL connection (auto debit is enabled for O2 in my Commerzbank).
Can anyone please suggest how I can get it fixed so that I’ll not receive any other invoice and amount will not be deducted from my account.
