Hello,

 

I bought an O2 Homespot connection in Berlin in March 2022 and I moved to Munich in July. Ever since I have had problems with the Internet speed. I contacted the customer service and on 2 occassions they told me that they have opened a ticket. But there has been no update on it whatsoever. It has been months with this terrible internet connection. It is affecting my work meetings. Sometimes I cant even use two devices simultaneously. I would like to exercise my special right of cancellation. How do I initiate this process?

It’s of course unfortunate that you are having issues with your connection at your current address. Have you already looked in the LiveCheck for your address.

If you want to ask for a  cancellation of the contract, then you can do this through the online form, you’ll have to select “außerordentlich” here. As an alternative you can send in your request in by letter or fax. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
