I'm hoping to find some help here because I don't speak German enough to call directly the O2 support.
Recently I got the activation of my O2 connection. Everything look fine, I received the confirmation from O2 that my connection is correctly activated and my router doesn't show me any specific error.
Now my problem is more about the internet speed. I'm paying for a 250Mbit/s though cable.
Currently I have only 1 or 2Mbit/s maximum sometimes less.
I wondering if I missed any particular step after the activation of my connection? I restarted the router but it's still the same.
Internet is so slow I can't work from home or even watch a video on YouTube…
