I have a prepaid sim with O2. My housemate is moving out and changing the O2 broadband to be in my name. I filled in the contract an set up the direct debit and have recieved emails to my email address asking me to confirm that email address.
When I click the link to the email address I get an error saying I need to log into My O2.
When I enter my email address to login I am told its not recognised, so I enter my phone number and when I click the confirm email address number I get an error.
When I log in with my phone number I can see that account is linked to my email address.
When I try and register for my O2 with my email address I get an error.
How can I confirm my email address O2 is already using.
This is insanely frustrating, and on top of all this, the english speaking hotline doesnt work. The german speaking hotline has just had me on hold.
