Hey O2 support team,
I have to shift to another apartment within my building and since I have a DSL connection, I would like to know how to proceed further.
As the address will remain the same, do I still need to book an appointment with the technician via O2?
If yes, would it be fine for me to forward the number of the Hausmeister to the support team to arrange for a suitable time?
