Setting up my router, username and password

Hello, my German is not very good so please, let’s communicate in english. I am an O2 DSL user, I reset my router ( Fritzbox 7490) to factory settings the other day and I now can’t find my username ( or my password) as I lost my contract information. How do I retrieve them?

are you able to login in to mein o2?

No, I can’t . I need the 4 digit Persönliche Kundenkennzahl . Where can I get it?

wait for @o2_DSL or call support.

The PKK=Persönliche Kundenkennzahl is only needed for the first registration at "Mein o2". When you register, you choose your own password, which you must then use to login to "Mein o2".

The PKK is the one you chose by yourself when ordering your o2 DSL connection. Only if you have ordered through an agent like Check24, you have received the PKK from the agent.

The o2 order confirmation with the internet access data will be sent to the customer by e-mail or letter, at the customer's choice. The easiest way is certainly to go into yourself again and check your documents. Normally you do not delete important e-mails or burn important letters.

@Stratis did you get every month your bill notification over email? (want to know if your email is correct by o2)

I do get a bill notification every month. I also found a renewal contract in 2018 but I don’t see any relevant info apart from the new tarif.

@Stratis did you still find an email in your Box with the title „Willkommen bei o2“ There you find a pdf with the dsl username and password.

I don’t think I have such a mail
