Hello, 

 

We have speed problems with our DSL connection. We have a contract of 50Mbps and since yesterday afternoon we only get maximum of 25Mbps. Also every now and then the internet connection desappears for 5 to 10 min in the middle of the day. Which is quite inconvenient when I am working from home and having meetings.

Can someone help or give me a service number where I can be attended in English?

Welcome to our o2 community, good to have you here. i am sure we will find a way to help you.

First of all i suggest you install our o2 Service App (Download here ) You can switch to english language after you installed the app via settings. 

Then you can check your DSL connection with the app and troubleshoot, if the app wont find a solution it shows you the Number you have to call 

to create a trouble ticket with the help of our technical DSL service hotline. FYI We have no english support hotline, some colleague may speak english, 

but we cant gurarantee that you can talk to someone in english.
