I have a DSL connection from O2. I moved in to a new apartment last month and I got the existing contract transferred to my name. I am receiving letters regarding the SEPA authorisation but unable to do it online. I am unable to create my account as well. Please help. I do not want the payment process to be manual and auto-deduct is the best option for me. But unable to set-up. Thanks.
