Hello,

I followed the process to return the rented router and the return was apparently successful in the portal, but I still got charged this month (Invoice date: 11/30/2023) for the device not being returned.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I have the report from the return portal and the DHL tracking to show it was returned.

How can I get the money back?

October 4, 2023 Return processing completed
October 4, 2023 Return has been received and is being processed

when we receive the goods, it takes a few more days until everything is processed. After that you should receive a confirmation. When did you send the router back?

Goods were returned on October 4, 2023. This is why I was surprised to see a charge at the end of November.

Any ideas?
