I ordered a cable router, but the landlord didn`t warn me that my house only has a dsl connection. How do I change my cable router to a dsl router?

do you have cable tv? Than normally a cable modem should be possible.

And O2 should be able to check, that cable is possible.

For a Widerruf it is important to know where you have made your contract?

  • Online you could do a Widerruf with the first 14 days
  • on a local shop there is no way back.

if o2 can not deliver a cable connection then the contract will be reversed

И O2 должен быть в состоянии проверить, что кабель возможен.

Normally, we cannot activate your contract if there is no technical connection available.

What technical option stands in your contract? 

VDSL, Cable or glass fiber`?

Did you order a router for rent from us or did you buy your own router?
