Router not received no:

Activation date was today (8th September), and service is starting tomorrow, but we never received the router. Please advise where router accessory is?

How to purchase this on my existing tariff? I cannot add it to my tariff when I log in, so do I have to buy it exernally outside of o2 shop?


You are able to rent a router from O2, for a monthly fee. It is an extra option.

And you are able to buy your own router. The routers above you cloud find router that will work with O2.

 


Hello, I have just received very confusing emails
1. one email states my contract was cancelled
2. another email states that my o2 connection has been successfully prepared

I have only just bought a router today (9.9) and plugged it in, but the connection / internet / WLAN does not work. The router was not plugged in during the activation day (8.9), and I was unable to provide a MAC address. Was my contract cancelled because of this? 
 


For a cable connection you have to tell O2 the CM MAC (don‘t post it her).

You could try to login on Mein O2 or call the hotline. They could answer you if your contract is canceled or not.

The router is one of the above routers?

You ordered several products from us in the recent past, the cable connection at home is still up and waiting to be fully activated, as schluej has already said for that it is necessary that we receive the CM-MAC address of your cable router. You could provide this by calling the hotline or we can contact you here by private message.

The order that was canceled was for a mobile contract, here the items that we send out to you were returned directly to us, which is why the order was canceled.
