Hello @Rania_BA ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

Have you already gotten yourself a new router as recommended here by Anfänger1, Klaus_VoIP or Joe Doe? If not, we can of course offer you a rental device from us. In the case of a DSL connection that would be the HomeBox 3 or the FritzBox 7590 AX, you would have some fees if your orderer one from us. Included would be a one time fee of 59,98€ as well as monthly fees of 3,99€ for the HomeBox 3 and 6,99€ for the 7590AX.

If you already have purchased yourself a router and do need any help with the setup of your device please let us know, we’d be happy to support you with that.

Kind regards, Sven

@Rania_BA Go to an electronics store and buy a Fritzbox 7530 AX, 7590 AX or 7590. Anyway, it's a miracle that the 7390 worked for so long. The for VDSL is not suitable anyway.

Such an old Fritzbox was delivered as a purchase device in the past. However, this also means that o2 does not provide replacements in case of defects. In addition, only rental devices from o2 are used now. Therefore, it is usually cheaper and faster to buy a Fritzbox yourself.

And then is it easy to do the configuration again?

You will see almost the same user interface as on the old Fritzbox. There are no differences between purchased and rented Fritzboxes.

@Rania_BA → you have in an actual Fritzbox an English menu.
