Hello,
I just received information, that my router couldn’t be delivered due to: “no name on doorbell; recipient has moved; recipient could not be found based on the address details provided on the shipment.”
That’s not true, doorbell is with name, but the building is completely new and delivery guy was probably lost. And I asked for delivery on Saturday and they were delivering it today.
How can I proceed now, to get the router? Is it possible to send it to the o2 shop in my city? Or to DHL packstation?
