Hi,

I have two DSL devices. One of them is faulty. O2 has deducted the price for the device without informing me and later I had to go to my local shop to find out that I have to retrun the faulty device. The other device is working fine and everything is ok.

To return the faulty device how do I do it becaue all links here in 02 give 404 page error. for the last 6 months o2 has been my nightmare because they refuse to acknowledge the fact that the either don;t take their customers seriously and have been harassed by their complete lack of responsibility.

I would be grateful if you could tell me how I can return my faulty device and get my mmoney back. Please note I AM NOT cancelling my contract becaue the 2nd device is running fine, just want to return the faulty device.
