Hello , 15.05.22 I order one Router but I received two Router from O2 , 18.05.22 i returned back to the Telefonica Germany O2 GmbH this address, after two I received a letter they said that did not received the Router that’s why I have to pay 128 € . That’s really disgusting . I order many things from O2 every month I transferred at time . But this 128€ I can not accept , I explained hundreds time to O2 service but no one not responsible even I wrote letter send them by post and email but O2 not reply yet… yesterday they add 50€ penalty again . I don’t understand what kind of service they doing . Please contact with me not always with account.

After two months later I received a letter and email , nowadays also I received mail but no one not calling me to talk about the situation. If I call them they push responsibility to each other . I am confused calling whom …?
