I would like to know Return of Homespot Device process.. Contract completed and got a bill for device. I moved out of the country and dont have access to old address in Germany, So I would have missed any letters sent to the old address. I have the router with my cousin in Berlin. I can ask him to return in O2 store or by post. I would also like to stop the Direct Debit for the Device.

it says I need to send within 14 days.. I have already crossed 14 days.. will the return still accepted ?

You will find the “order number” or “your reference” on the top right of your delivery note. If you don't have these handy, you can also get started with your device's IMEI. You can call this up using the key combination *#06# on your device.

It may be charged but will be refunded.

I tried with IMEI of my Homespot router aswell and its not showing up anything.

Now I cant view the delivery note and also not able to login into the return portal with IMEI.. what should I do now.. I havent recieved any email regarding return of device aswell..

a login should not be necessary to use the return portal and receive the necessary documents to send the HomeSpot back to us.
