Hi, I have an appointment scheduled for installation of my dsl connection but my modem from O2 has not arrived yet. How do I reschedule my appointment? Is there an option to do so online?

You will need to call customer services. However, it is not essential that you have the router before the installation appointment and anyway this is often sent very close to the date. Just to be sure: you did order a router?

have you contacted customer service already to change the address and when is the activation date for your contract?
