Request for extension of contract

Hello,

I have an O2 phone plan and home internet plan. The initial 2 year contract is almost over, and I would like to have it extended by a year. I am having trouble finding a webpage where I can do so and would like assistance.

Hello @hkang ,

if you have a mobile contract with us, you can extend this yourself through your mein o2. With our home internet contract any extension can only be done by customer service. If you did not ask for a cancellation of the contract, it will extend automatically month by month until you send in the request for the termination of the contract. So if you need the extension to be a year long, this is probably the smarter option.

You can extend it for 24 month only. 

Now you can cancel it every month.

I appreciate the quick response. I do have a mobile contract, but I understand that keeping the home internet on a monthly extension is for the best.
