I HAVE APPLIED FOR DSL CONNECTION BECAUSE THE INTERNET IN MY AREA IS NOT WORKING FROM LAST 20 DAYS. I want to request you at least give me the access to DSL connection early .you gave me the date of installation on 16 may but its too late .Can you please give me early date of as soon as possible for installation ,As I am working from home too ,so it is getting difficult for me to work ,I have two kids too .This is my kind request to you at least provide me the DSL connection early 

I will be grateful if you understand my request .

If you have already received an appointment for the activation of a fixed line, this cannot be brought forward. To bridge the time until the activation, you can ask the hotline if you can be provided with a free (data) test card (if you are not yet an o2 mobile customer). This will allow you to set up a hotspot and at least work via LTE in your home office. Ideally, please call the English-speaking o2 hotline.

as @SethVanDoom correctly states the date for the activation of your line can’t be moved forward, what can be done is bridging the gap until then. Have you had success in speaking with the hotline or can we help you in any shape?
