If your aim is to be banned from the forum then feel free to carry on senselessly spamming several threads. Otherwise: behave like an adult and open ONE thread and describe your problem in detail.
There are rules for everything, you have to follow the rules.
First you have a „Widerrufsrecht“ of 14 days after receiving the „Auftragsbestätigung“
After that, your contract is closed and valid.
in case of troubles, you have to follow the trouble solution rules.
sending back may not been the best idea, because you still have a contract, so the payment is legit!

even if I understand that you may have questions and are not happy with what has happened you spamming has resulted in a ban für 7 days.
If you need urgent help, please consider contacting on of our realtime contact channels like for example our chat, our hotline, you can even reach us via WhatsApp.
Here in the o2 community we do not always have the possibility in the time needed to clarify urgent issues. If you are billed an amount that you can’t explain and that is not clear on the invoice and you want to fresolve this as soon as possible feel free to contact one of our realtime contact channels.
If your DSL connection is not working as expected please contact our technical DSL team as soon as you are home at your router. If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not prmoise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
Just by sending back a router via o2 logistics portal the contract itself will not be terminated. To terminate a contract to the end of the contract duration please feel free to send a letter of cancelation, you will find the address to send it to on every invoice.
Since your community acount is not linked to you DSL acount I was not able to have a look into this issue so I recommend to contact our DSL service by phone or via chat or WhatsApp.

@Denner I sent 2 letters of cancellation, on 7-DEC and 13-DEC. Got tracking numbers for it!

Date Installation: 04.12.2019
Data Request cancellation: 04.12.2019
Data Returned Router and send letter of cancellation: 07.12.2019
Data send another letter of cancellation: 13.12.2019
I got charged 158€, internet was installed for 4 days.

A revocation is only possible within 14 days after receipt of the revocation instruction, if the order was placed by telephone or online. Please note the revocation instruction. There is no legal right of revocation for contracts concluded in a local shop. The processing of a revocation request may take some time. Please be patient.
After expiry of the cancellation period, cancellation is only possible at the end of the agreed contract period. If you have concluded a contract with a term of 24 months, the cancellation therefore will only become effective in 2 years. The fact that you no longer wish to use the connection is irrelevant and your personal decision. If you still want to use the connection, please contact the o2 fault hotline so that your connection can be set up correctly.

@blablup Yes, I revocate = cancel in SAME DAY OF INSTALLATION!. Also have a look in the account, was setup without contract period, on month by month basis.

As I told you, everything has to follow the right order.
17 of November you received the Auftragsbestätigung with Widerrufsbelehrung (14 days)
that means 01.12 was the last day of „Widerruf“
you send it 7.12 so it was to late.
So, your wife had to send a normal Kündigung to next month end. That you send the router back and can’t use it, is your problem and doesn’t change that.

The 14 days start from the moment of actual working service, that is, from installation date. The date the technician came to install

And that is wrong. It starts with receiving the widerrufserklärung.
We are not joking, the German legislator has determined that the withdrawal period begins with the conclusion of the contract. See §355 and §356 BGB. The conclusion of a DSL service contract is not a purchase of consumer goods according to §356 BGB section 2 point 1.
The sole purpose of the right of withdrawal is to ensure that the consumer has the same opportunities to obtain information when concluding a contract by telephone or online as when concluding a contract on the spot in a shop and is not taken by surprise over the telephone in ignorance of all the necessary information.
With the sending of o2 order confirmation and revocation instruction, the customer has received all information and now has 14 days to think about whether he really wanted to conclude the contract in this way. It is not the purpose of the right of withdrawal to allow the consumer a trial use of the service free of charge.
