Hello, I am not sure if this can still be done here but I see some people requesting it in the past.

I would like to renew our DSL contract and was wondering what the price would be? When I try via our account I only get Handy renewals not DSL.

When trying Offers to tries to make a new contract.

Additionally we are being billed for an O2 DSL router that we never got, could this be changed please?

What are your wishes for your contract extension? Would you like to have the same contract again or should something be changed?

ideally I would like more speed, but I think then I have to change to cable, and was previously told you can’t change you have to take a new contract.

what would be the prices of the options? As I believe current customers don’t get the same deals as new joiners.

it is possible to change from DSL to cable in a contract extension, but I would recommend that you stay with DSL.

I have just sent you an offer by email. What do you think, does it suit to you?
If you like my offer, you can accept it directly via the link on the landing page. If you don't accept it, the offer will be deleted after 8 days.

The costs should not have been written down. I have now sent another offer and I don't see any costs for the router.
