Registering with my customer number and transfering my contract

Hello, I’ve been a customer for almost 3 years, but I never logged on my account on o2 website. I searched for the information sent by post but I don’t have it anymore, I have only my Kundennummer and I couldn’t register myself with it.

 

I’m trying to register because I’m changing city and I would like to transfer myDSL contract and maybe change it to a faster connection, how should I proceed?

You can register online with your DSL landline number. Please logout of our community first or perfom the registering process in an inkognito browser window to avoid issues with cookies.

Or were you maybe already able to move your DSL connection to your new address? :-)

You can request the relocation of your o2 DSL connection to a new address at o2 Customer Care.

The removal order should be placed 6 weeks before the move.

Thanks, is there an email for customer support? I tried to call but no answer

o2 does not offer customer service by e-mail.
I am not aware of any hotline malfunction. Any call should be answered by the IVR portal.
