I want to take over one existing contract as I am moving in to a new house. The existing contract belongs to the previous tenant. She initiated the process and I got an email regarding that.
There is a link in that email to confirm the process. When I click on the link, there’s an option for existing O2 customer. It says that the contract will automatically be assigned to my existing customer account. But when I log-in after that, I do not see my new contract. It only provides me the info for my mobile contract. I tried to find out customer care number regarding this and couldn’t connect unfortunately. Please advise.
