There is no Internet since April 29. I ask you to refund the payment for unused services.  It is not possible to contact technical support. The operators are incompetent. They are constantly switching to another operator. The provider is terrible, there is no Internet, but you pay the money. We have checked that the router is not working. It took 7 days. They think for a week when to send the router.  Very dissatisfied with the service. I can't wait for the contract to expire. The worst supplier. .  Return the money in two weeks without Internet. And send the router.
