For today I have had an appointment for my DSL relocation. As usual I got a few SMS with date and time frame between 8 and 12 o clock. As I understood they gonna call me an hour or day before they come but what happened today is that Customer service called me and said: Oh the technician is at your address but nobody is home. I said, I could be within 10 minutes there but no, he cannot wait so long and he is gone. I have explained that I must work and seating 4 hours at home for me is not acceptable. I don´t se what is the problem for the technician to announce himself at least 10 minutes or an hour before. Now I am really going to push it hard because for this appointment I had to wait almost a month. The funny thing is that the relocation took the place in the same object (a house), just the ground floor. I mean, this is not how you work with customers.
