Hello,

I was using o2 DSL M Flex internet connection. I cancelled my DSL contract on 16.01.2020 and faxed the cancellation letter on 16.01.2020. I also sent my modem to the address provided by o2 and received a confirmation that the modem was received. However, on 18.02.2020, 17.03.2020 and on 20.04.2020 money was debited from my account. I also received invoice for this (May) month. Why I still receive the invoice after the cancellation of my contract. Customer number: XXXXXXXXXX.

Hello @adu4adarsh and welcome to our 02 community :-)

I am sorry to hear that thereseem to be issues with the deactivation of your DSL contract. I would like to have a look into this and will send you a private message shortly, you will find it in your inbox

I am sure we will find a solution for this :-)

Regards,

Lars

Hello @adu4adarsh and thank you for providing the necessary information :-)

I had a look into this and found that the deactivation of the contract seems to be kind of stuck within a system. Our colleaugues are already busy fixing this.

What we have done so far is the follwing. On the 3rd of May a full discount was inserted so that from that day on the contract will not be billed any more.

As of today we arranged a payment for the amount of money that was deducted from the date that the contract had to be terminated. You should recieve this money within a short time.

Please excuse any inconveniences, to me it sounds like this is at least financially solved so there will be no more payments from your side :-)

Regards,

Lars

Hi @o2_Lars, I am having the same issue. I moved out of my apartment at the end of September 2023, gave a month notice and received confirmation of the cancellation of my DSL contract with O2. I already returned successfully the modem and I just found out I got charged for October-November. Can you please fix this issue and stop charging me? Thanks
