I cannot install the internet. I get the following message: Please check the wiring of your o2 homebox.
 

We have already called O2 twice and nobody helped us. The employees go from one to the other and suddenly the call just breaks off. We need a solution, we are paying for the Internet without getting the service.

That you are having issues with your internet connection right from the start is of course more than unpleasant. Hopefully we can resolve this quickly. Do you have more than one wallsocket for telephone in your place and if so have you already checked all of them? Maybe you could also describe how exactly you are connecting the HomeBox, as the error message refers to the cabling itself.
