I am using my own Router Fritzbox 6660 and provided my MAC address to 02 service center and they confirmed my internet was activated on the day and got an email for activation confirmation as well, but my speed is 1Mbps. Even before the activation date when I connected the router it started working and speed was 1Mbps. So I do not know what the issue is ? Could it be that the Router MAC address was not removed by old Service provider ?

yes it could be that VF is blocking your MAC.

Could you check that your FRITZ!Box has the AVM Artikelnummer 20002910!

You could call Vodafone and ask for removing. 

And call O2 hotline and tell them that the 6660 has not full speed. 

I will check with Vodafone and update the status if that solves the issue.

I have checked your connection and the MAC adress and it all looks right. The MAC was accepted by Vodafone and the cable connection has been activated properly.

At the moment however there is no connection at all, has the router been switched off?

If the problem still persists, please call our support so they can open a ticket with Vodafone in order to fix the cable line. You can contact our English hotline, but I would advise to call together with someone that speaks German as not all of our technical staff speak English.
