Hello,

I recently ordered a Home internet from O2 to my new rented flat. Now, they are going to send the router to my previous rented flat where currently someone else is living there. During the order, I filled out the new address but I did not know that they still use the previous address.

How can I get the router?

this is of course very unfortunate if the router is delivered to the wrong address. It may still be possible to change the shipping address. Please contact our English-speaking customer service directly at 089 66 66 30 08 1 (Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays).

If it is already too late, our customer support can order a new shipment after the parcel is returned.

That is unfortunate that the shipment of the router had already progressed to a point where the address could not be changed anymore.

Did the colleagues instructed a new shipment to your current address for you?
