In the last 10 days agony with O2 is still here.
Each day I call for the same reason - Internet connection is very poor - Internet connection comes and then disappears for couple of hours.
Tehnicians on hotline do not speak English - what a shame for Telecommunications company.
Costumer service: 0 - very poor
I still don‘t have internet. Please tell me: if I skip paying bills your company will sue me, right? Should I sue you for not providing me service I payed for? Please let me know.
