Dear O2 service team,
I am a client for 10 years, originally from Alice. I am not sure if I ever got a PKK number, but I am moving and I need it now. Following the recommendations on the customer service portal, I went to a physical shop (in Adlershof, Berlin) to ask for a new one to be sent via post. However the not very nice person working there asked me for 7.5 € for it, which immediately made me felt like he was trying to scam me. I said no and left the shop outraged.
I would like to ask you if you could please send me a new one via post?
