Hello,

Suddenly from yesterday, I am observing permanent problem with o2 dsl connection. I have fritz.box 7590.

I have tried several basic methods as described in router and o2 website. No success. 

Later I called o2 Hotline and they also created a ticket

"Lieber o2 Kunde, wir haben Ihre Störungsmeldung erhalten und ein Ticket mit der ID XXXXXXXXXX erstellt."

But still no response. 

Today I tried to call the Hotline. 089 78...., however cannot even connect the call.

yes.

 

It seems the problem is in DSL connection side. Today the connection come back.

Hpwever, I got a call from O2 support and they said there is some bandwidth problem still exists in the line. They will send technical person to look into that.

 

 


@himel Can you post please a Screenshot from line quality? Fritzbox (Tap Internet/DSL Information/DSL).Thanks.

Hello @himel,

I am sorry to hear the there are connectivity issues with your DSL connection.

Did the technician already had a look at the DSL connection? Is everything up and running again as it should? :-)
