payment last invoice

Good morning to everyone. I would need to pay the last invoice to o2 because I left Germany for good but the direct debit is no longer active as my German bank account has been already closed. How can I pay this bill?

Hi @Principe ,

 

please take look at this website:

https://www.o2online.de/service/rechnung-zahlung/

There you’ll find the bank account ID for transferring funds directly to us.

Please use your Customer ID (60… in most cases) as reference.
