Hi there,

Hope you’re having an amazing day.

My interrogation is pretty straightforward: I cancelled my subscription early June with a written letter, I even received an e-mail confirming everything was on point. Obviously, I still had to pay for the whole month of June. The confirming e-mail told me the subscription will end early July. Everything was great.

Next, on the 21st of July I receive an e-mail telling me I still have a payment due, which was normal (I guess) since I noticed my German bank card was empty. So I make a payment of 54,37 euros at UniCredit Bank the same day.

On Thursday, 19th of August, I receive an e-mail telling me to invoice a 97 euros payment for the 15.07-14.08 period. Why is that? Why do I still have to pay, even though I received an e-mail confirming that they had received my un-subscription letter?

Vielen Danke.

Simon

Moin Moin,

you send back the HomeBox?

Moin! Thanks for your reply.

No I didn’t.

Wasn’t written down on the website. :(

But it is written in the contract!

If you send it back quickly you should be able to obtain a refund.

How to get a label…

Your answers are very much appreciated.

Will send it back shortly.

Hey again,

I actually brought the box back in my home country.

Just to make sure, when making the label, do I have to write my current adress or the adress when I was residing in Germany?

I wrote the adress when I was living in Germany but DHL Service Points don't seem to make it work that way.

Deeply appreciate you guys responses.

Much thanks in advance

Hi @SimonVC,
what address you give is not important. Just please make sure to put the return slip in the package.
Kind regards
Larissa

Hi Larissa,

Thanks a lot for your answer.

I guess I am receiving a return slip via e-mail?

I only have the Versandetikett so far, that I pasted on the return box.

Really really appreciate you guys quick response.

Kind regards

Hi @SimonVC,

I am glad that you are satisfied with the service in our community
If you use our return label of our returns portal (https://router-retoure.o2online.de/start/Dashboard/Index), we can assign the assignment via the return number. If you do not/can not use the portal, please include a note with your customer number so that your router can be assigned.
Kind regards
Larissa

Thank you @o2_Larissa!

A note with my customer number is in the box.

My next mission is to find a DHL Service Point in Belgium. :)

Appreciate your response.

Kind regards

Hi again :)

I am really sorry to keep coming back to this but I can't seem to find a solution.

The Versandetikett O2 generate doesn't suit the DHL Points of Belgium. All said to me "we don't take these types of labels here".

My next question is this: can I generate a shipping label myself? I might have to pay for shipping, but if that's the cost I have to pay then it's all good.

If I generate a shipping label myself as well as slip my customer number in the box, will it work? :)

Thanks a lot for your time. I'll soon get out of this mess haha.

Warm regards

Important is the address on the label. You have to pay for sending back the Router.

Alright good to know!

So I am not obligated to use the label made by O2 on the site you sent me, right?

I can simply make my own?

Thanks a lot for your time.

Yes. I would place the label together with your custom id inside the parcel.

maybe they use the label to identify too, than you are a little saver...

I deeply appreciate your time, @schluej.

Will do all this as soon as possible.

May you have a wonderful Monday
