I am a new O2 costumer currently living here in Germany. Last month our DSL was installed in our appartment.Since then,I received a message that I need to confirm my Bank account for Auto debit payment and my Email Address, but unfortunately I cannot do it because everytime that I tried it, there is always a technical problem. I already called the hotline and they keep on saying that I just need to try it again. I already done it almost 50x and I am losing my patience over these.
