I am a new O2 costumer currently living here in Germany. Last month our DSL was installed in our appartment.Since then,I received a message that I need to confirm my Bank account for Auto debit payment and my Email Address, but unfortunately I cannot do it because everytime that I tried it, there is always a technical problem. I already called the hotline and they keep on saying that I just need to try it again. I already done it almost 50x and I am losing my patience over these.

@Jose m. did you have a German bank account or foreign eu bank account?

Yes I have. I've already gave my account number for auto debit payment from the time I ordered the DSL.

Welcome to our o2 Community.

We had some trouble the last days, our IT colleagues told us they fixed everything.

Could you try it one last time? If the confirmation is still not possible via o2online selfservice please 

sent us the written SEPA Form letter via post. You can download the form paper here .
