Hi,

 

I have a new contract, Festnetznummer ending with 1602.

When I made this contract, over the phone, I was told I will be getting the Anschlusspreis back and will only have to pay for the delivery fee of the router.

In my first invoice I see two charge lines:

Anschlusspreis - 20.10.2023                     49,99
Anschlusspreis Router - 20.10.2023         49,99

Versandkosten - 20.10.2023                      9,99

 

And then one line for discount:

Rabatt auf den Anschlusspreis des Routers - gültig bis 19.11.2023         -49,99

 

In total, I was charged 49.99 + 9.99 when I was told I will only pay the delivery costs of 9.99.

 

Please reverse the extra charge of 49.99.

I think there may be a misunderstanding on your part. There are two separate charges. One is for the router and one is for connecting the line. You have not been charged for the router as the fee was deducted. Does it say in your contract that the line connection fee would also be waived? That us not usual but if it does then you should get in touch with customer services and ask them to look into it for you.

I was happy to have a look for you. In your welcome letter, which you received from us on September 27th, the following conditions are confirmed for you:

  • the one-off connection fee for the contract is 49.99 euros
  • the provisioning fee for the router will be waived and only the shipping costs for the router will be charged.

So everything is correct.
