In many cases our customer service is able to help by phone. You may also try our other contact possibilities like chat or WhatsApp. In most cases you will be able to communicate in english there :-)

Maybe you were already able to contact our customer service? Did you recieve everything that you needed to set up your intenet connection? :-)
