I placed an order 2 days ago for O2 Home L 175. Until today I haven’t received a confirmation about my order. I went to a nearby O2 shop here and made a query about it. The staff there suggested that we make a new order and cancel the first order that I made. He gave me a number to call for the request of cancellation and explain further the situation. Problem is I am having trouble with the online customer service “Aura” and my Deutsch is not so good. I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks!
