Order Status


Good day,

I placed an order 2 days ago for O2 Home L 175. Until today I haven’t received a confirmation about my order. I went to a nearby O2 shop here and made a query about it. The staff there suggested that we make a new order and cancel the first order that I made. He gave me a number to call for the request of cancellation and explain further the situation. Problem is I am having trouble with the online customer service “Aura” and my Deutsch is not so good. I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks!

@oosunq You can call the English speaking hotline for this.

And i strongly recommend that you don’t cancel your first order and try find out what is going wrong with your first online order. Have you checked your spam filter from your email provider?

I’d also contact the hotline first or we can take a look, because generally just making a new order wouldn’t help with whatever is wrong with the initial one.
