Hello Team,

 

I have ordered DSL internet with Fritzbox router. The router was delivered successfully. However, still I have not received any order confirmation or welcome mail from O2 containing username and other credentials.

Tomorrow is the appointment date for technician to activate the internet connection.

 

Do we need Order confirmation letter or welcome email in order to activate the internet?

The order confirmation with the DSL credentials is usually sent by post. Please make sure that you have entered the correct postal address and that your name is on the letterbox and on the doorbell.

Thanks for the response. My name was missing on the letter box hence it didn’t got delivered.

 

Now is there any other way to get those details?

As per the suggested link, the details will be given in E-mail of “Welcome to O2”. However, I have not received such email as well.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

We can send the document out again. Once your connection has been activated, you’ll also be able to register your contract for mein o2 and see infos like the credentials you’ll need for the router.
