Hello, last Friday I’ve called the customer service to request a cancellation of my o2 dsl order, and the operator told me that the cancellation request was received. However, as today I can still login into Mein o2 (I have no other o2 active contracts) and the order is still there, not canceled.
Could someone please check this or tell me what else I have to do to ensure my order gets canceled in time?
