Hello, 

We are moving our apartment on the 1st of March. However, this move is temporary. We will move again in a few months to a more permanent address.  What are our options for keeping our DSL internet? Is it possible to provide us internet service via our phones via hotspots?

We don’t know how long our temporary stay will be. It could be anywhere between 1-6 months. 

If a good option does not exist, when is the earliest date for a free termination of the contract.

is there a specific reason, why you are not taking the contract with you to your new address and then afterwards to your “premanent address”?

Your contract itself currently has a monthly duration, if you were to decide to cancel it.

If you do a new contract pleas use Flex! This contract has only 1 month to cancel. With out flex. the runtime is 24 month!!

If you like to keep your number U should use the move option. And don’t forget U have to pay the setup fee for a new account again.

And don’t change the contract to 24 month contract! Some times O2 will release the moving fee if you change to 24 month runtime.
