Hi

 

In the apartment where I live there is a Vodafone Cable connection and a Telekom Fiber Optic box. The cable connection was already used, and now I'm trying to book a o2 fixed internet but the availability  test always says “only over 5G”.

 

Since o2 have an agreement with Vodafone AND Telekom, how can I book a o2 fixed connection using any of these already existing technologies?

 

I already tried in 3 different stores, but they never went further to try to see how to fix my case.

 

Also, the apartment is on a building which was built 2 years ago.

 

 

I can also add that checking the availability against 1&1, they are available too (and they don't have fiber cable inside apartments, probably they use the Telekom fiber cable).

When the Verfügbarkeitscheck tells you that internet is only available over 5G there is nothing we can change. Sometimes other providers have different contracts with each other or even use their lines alone.
