This morning the lights on my O2 Wifi router were flashing
Internet LED - alternating red and blue,S
DSL LED - Flashing on and off at both a rapid and slow pace.
I am able to connect to my wifi router withy devices however when connected I am unable to use it for anything as I have no internet connection and I am unable to obtain an IP address from the router.
Is there anything I can do from home to fix it as I need wifi to work from home?
From ringing customer service this morning the only advice I was offered was to try and restart the router in various different ways, none of which worked.
