Dear O2 community,
My O2 spot M contract was for two years and it will be ending in March 2024. I do not want to renew it further. My question is, do I have to contact someone to REMIND that I do not want to renew it? Or my contract will be terminated automatically as it was for 2 years and the duration will end in March 2024.
I am afraid that it should not be Auto-renewed and I end up paying monthly unnecessarily.

after the initial contract duration of 2 years has run out the contract will be renewed a month at a time unless you yourself become active in extending the contract or cancelling it. For the termination request you can just use the online form.

I filled out the form for termination on the 6th of Feb. However, I still have not received a confirmation of my contract cancellation. How long does it take to receive the confirmation?

did you get a confirmation of receipt after you have sent the termination form? If you have filled in everything correctly, a confirmation of termination should not take that long. I'll write to you with the o2 support account to check some data and I'll look it up for you. please check your inbox.
