Hello, How to know whether the O2 provides the service in a apartment ?

You can check the address via the o2 DSL availability check. O2 does not know the equipment of individual apartments. If necessary, ask the landlord how the apartment is equipped. A functioning TAE socket is required in the apartment for a DSL connection.

One of your agent i called cheated me. I called him to ask for the transfer of internet and now I have received the new contract completely starting 07-oct-2024 and I do not want that new contract instead use the old contract. What shall i do next ?

I have sent a mail to cancel the new contract in English, is that ok? Or the email must be sent in German only.

You should use the form I have linked to ensure that you provide all the required information. 

Please note that “Widerruf” and “Kündigung” have two different legal meanings in German. “Kündigung” is generally only possible by observing the cancellation period to the end of the agreed contract term. To ensure a clear declaration of intent, it is therefore advisable to use the German-language form with the correct German-language terms and not any inappropriate translations.

Das Produkt wurde am 13.09.2024 im Namen von xxxxx unter der Adresse xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx bestellt. Bitte widerrufe diesen Vertrag/das Produkt so schnell wie möglich.
