Dear O2 Team, 

 

I have ordered online O2 My Home M  on 2nd November. 

today is 10th November, but i have not received any Home spot device or sim card, while my neighbors got them within 3 days. 

can you please kindly check what happened to my order, and why it took so long.

You wrote, that you ordered the o2 my Home M together with the o2 HomeSpot online on our homepage, right?

Did you received an e-mail with a link, where you can check your order?
