I got to the point where it says "Endgerät noch nicht erkannt" -- I looked on the community, and I saw that someone else had a router that was already activated by a company previously, but mine is new and has never been used. I called the service line, and they said it might be a compatibility issue, but then I called the number on my router, and their team said it is compatible with O2. I was then told that this image at the end of the video will not show up until the activation date although my MAC number is in my account. Is this true, or is there a technical issue? I work from home and would really like this ready the day it is activated.

It’s the Fritz!box 6690. I called them and followed the instructions for activation, but even though they say that the router works with O2, it seems like my cable cannot find it. I’m worried that the wrong Internetanschluss got activated in another apartment in the same building.
