Good Morning
On 07 Jan I ordered O2 My Home DSL internet and last week recieved a letter, dated 12 Jan (Ref: S - 57898653) informing me that the order could not proceed for ‘internal reasons’ which were not provided.
I have then today recieved a contract for O2 My Home however this is also dated 12 Jan. It makes no mention of the rejection of the order and informs me the switch is being co-ordinated with the line provider.
After recieving the rejection letter I signed up to Vodafone to provide DSL - Please may I seek clarification as to whether my O2 My Home order is proceeding so I can cancel the order with Vodafone.
