I have ordered internet two days ago, And I received the order confirmation email with an order number, But neither with the order status link provided in the email, nor I typed in the order number into o2 order status checking portal, it led me to “order number not correct” result. What should I do to know the status of my order?

I am sorry to hear, that you want to cancel your o2 my Home tariff. To use your right of withdrawal you can use this formular and send it via mail at widerruf@cc.o2online.de or via post within the first 14 days. You can find all information and adresses on the formular. With this formular you can cancel your tariff contract (“Widerrufsbelehrung für Dienstleistungen” on page 1) and the order of the router, if you ordered one (“Widerrufsbelehrung für Warenlieferung” on page 2).

Thank you Juliane, the withdrawal form requires a customer number, but I didn’t find it in any attached file since there is no letterhead of “our reference” (according to the instruction) and there is only an order number in the confirmation email which I used in the form. Does it work?

we have received your withdrawal form, you should also get a confirmation about the withdrawal in the near future. Your customernumber should generally be found on the documents that you have received from us in the upper right side of the pages as “Unser Zeichen: S-….”.

the withdrawal is being worked on, we are still waiting for the response from the line provider for the cancellation. We hope to receive this before the easter days. You did everything correctly and within time so you don’t need to worry on that front, it’s just that the process itself is sadly taking a bit at the moment. That’s also why you haven’t received the confirmation yet.
